Finally

We are finally getting out of this place that passes for an army base.
Got a look at where we will be staying in Iraq, it's way nicer than here. Strange, I always thought that the deployment should suck more than the train up. Here we have 45 dudes stuck in a very small 40x120ft barracks. In Iraq we will have 2 man rooms!
Not much else to say, and not enough time to say it. The first two months in country will be busy. I don't know when I will update again.
See you later fans!

Good luck in the sandbox Zeke! You don't know me but I found your blog and love it! I also think it is cool that you are such a free thinker and not afraid to share your opinions. I have a blog of my own, it isn't much but I started it with good intentions -- to show my support for US military, veterans, and families and friends. I plan to add a link to your site on my blog with other Redbull blogs. Come by and check it out anytime.

Proud fan, thanks a lot for the support. Yes, I needed a place that no matter what I can be myself. However, even that is limited by the fact that command now has all our websites.
If that is your picture, you look strangly familiar, and if your first name starts with 'M' I do know you.
This blog isn't updated a lot right now, but hopefully that will change. Check back every week or so.

Hey there again!
Sorry hun -- no "M", I am a "T"!
Maybe I just look familiar cuz I'm so sweet and smart that you wish you knew me? Ha ha ha. Just Kidding! Hope your day is alright and know that you are supported from home! Take care!

Um, ok, don't know you then.

So, are you from B-town, or just randomly found my blog?

I thank you for the comments, and welcome the support. It's much needed these days.

The days are so far so good.

We got attacked the other day, no one hurt though for which I'm thankfull.
I'll write more about it later perhaps.

Nope - I'm from Missouri! Found your blog while surfing for Redbull Blogs! My best friend is with the 1/34th -- he is in the 1/133rd INF, Company C, and I started a blog of support for the Redbulls and all military and their families and friends. Glad you are doing so well and no one got hurt in that attack you mentioned. Take care and post again when you can!
