All good things must come to an end

Here I sit on my last couple days of pass. It went nice and slow, just like I hoped. Pictured, I am chowing down on an all American $4 heart attack, and loving it. It really is the simple things in life that mean the most. Iraq sucks, don't wanna go back!

It was good to have you home, to see you, hug you, be able to call you on the phone hearing your voice without the "delayed response" time.
May God keep you safe until you return again.

It is good to see that you had a little R&R, everyone needs some time for that. I am sure that it does suck to go back, but the time in country is getting shorter by the day. Don't ley your guard down and it will be over before you know it. Congratulations on your promotion, use the new leadership position to keep your Troops safe. We are praying for you and the rest of our Freedom Fighters every day. Keep up the great fight. Say Hi to everyone for us.

PS; We picked up about 6" of snow this morning in Perham, Winter is finally here.
